Women's Conference

Okay - so Alisha Brandon and I went to Women's Conference on May 1 and 2 at BYU. We stayed with my brother Brad and his family up in Sandy and this is what we woke up to! I couldn't believe that it snowed on May 1. It was crazy. It was a little better than last year when it was pouring rain most of the first day of the conference. This is the 2nd year that Alisha and I have been able to go to Women's Conference. It is a wonderful couple of days of talks, service and fun. Next year, Alisha will have to stop nursing baby Cole so we can continue the tradition. We have so much fun. We heard some great talks on how to improve our lives and the lives of our families and the conference ended this year with Pres. Thomas S. Monson speaking to us. It was amazing to watch him walk in and have about 12,000 women start singing "We Thank Thee O God For A Prophet". It was the perfect way to end the conference. Unfortunately, Nikki was out of town that weekend, so we didn't get to see her, but it was fun hanging out a little bit with Brad and the kids! They are so cute and getting so big! Thanks again Brad!!
