#22 - Mornings...

I don't really like mornings, but this morning I am grateful for the times that the kids pile in bed with us and we just have fun pretending to sleep, getting tickled, hiding from each other and just starting off the day laughing and playing. This morning was one of those mornings. Gavin came in to lay next to me. He likes to call me his girlfriend and I call him my boyfriend. This morning Jared asked if he was "chopped liver" because I said that Gavin was my boyfriend and Gavin said "daddy you are chucked liberty". I am not sure how he got that from chopped liver, but it was pretty funny. Sabrina is Jared's girlfriend and loves to be wrapped in his arms. She loves to "hide" under the covers and tells us we will never find her. Caleb is my "best friend". Gavin started this whole thing calling me his best friend, then it was best girlfriend. I think Caleb started to feel left out so we have switched it to Gavin being my best boyfriend and Caleb being my best friend and Daddy being "chuck liberty!" I really try to cherish these moments when they still like to call me friend, girlfriend and tell me they love me. It will be gone too quickly!!
