Road Rash

Here is poor Gavin!! This was a few days after his little scooter accident. We were at Caleb's baskteball practice one Friday night and Gavin was speeding around on his scooter and I think he hit a seam in the pavement and just went down. He came up with a bloody lip and the whole side of his face was swollen. It was so sad. He cried for a long time and just sat on my lap in the car with a wipey on his cheek and lip for about an hour until he fell asleep. On Sunday at church when everyone asked what happened he was embarrassed and would hide his face from everyone. Luckily, he has healed up pretty nicely.
