Jared and I recently celebrated 13 years together! Our actual anniversary is May 24. This year we had to celebrate a little bit early since I would be a gimp on our real anniversary. So, at the beginning of May we were able to get away for a night to The Boulders Resort. It is such a beautiful resort and was nice to get away for a night! Just wish it could have been longer. The only night we could get away was a Thursday, which meant that Jared still had to teach at MCC, so I tagged along with him to his class. He ended a little early and we drove to North Scottsdale and grabbed some dinner at Cheesecake Factory. Funny story about that - our waiter was in transition to becoming a waitress! That is all I will say about that. It was very interesting to say the least.
Once we got to the resort, they told us that they were really booked and they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom suite. it was pretty funny because we had so much room. It was really pretty.
I have loved being married to Jared for the last 13 years. We have had our share of ups and downs and are stronger now for everything we have been through. I am grateful for his friendship, support and love. I love you Jared!!
