So, I was told that these waffles were to dye for. Sadly, I didn't get to try them. I have been having stomach issues for the past month or so and I think it is a gluten intolerance. So, I have been off of gluten for the past couple of weeks. And I feel much better. I did try eating breads the first couple of days on vacation - and ended up feeling sick for the next day and a half - so I had to go back off of it. But, all of my brothers would get 2 waffles every morning for breakfast (plus many other things). In the buffet, they had chefs that would make whatever you wanted fresh. I got fresh omelets with whatever I wanted to put into it. So, the boys would get fresh waffles every morning. They had some kind of fruit syrup (we couldn't figure out what kind it was). It was a fruit we don't have here in the states - anyway, I guess it really made the waffles.

We spent A LOT of time eating!! There was wonderful food there. There were 4 restaurants at our resort. Plus 2 buffets. We ate at 3 out of the 4 restaurants. The 4th one was a French one and no one but Jared was interested in eating at. I told him I would try it with him, but he was nice and didn't make me go.

This was Sheri at the Surf and Turf restaurant. Sheri ordered a Rib Eye and it was HUGE!

This is also at the Surf and Turf...

Giant lobster.

This was the Japanese restaurant. Teppenaki. It was pretty good.

Sushi - Jared was in heaven the whole week. Lots of different foods he could try out.

The presentation of all the food was amazing. They really did an amazing job. It was fun to see how they were going to present each dish. Generally, we would be at dinner for at least 3 hours each night. There were always at least 3-4 courses. Since it was all inclusive - Jared would usually order an appetizer for me (knowing I would not touch it), just so he could try more than one.
