Okay, so many of you may be wondering why I would be thankful for Black Friday!?! But, I love it. I used to be totally into it and up at like 4 in the morning to get the best deals, but not anymore. But, I still love going shopping on black Friday. I know, I am crazy. I wake up on Thanksgiving morning and have to run down to the gas station and get the newspaper and after Thanksgiving dinner, I sit and look through all the adds and circle the things I want and map out where I am going and in what order. Like I said, I have mellowed out in my old age, and it doesn't bother me if I don't find certain good deals. It makes it a little easier when you can now get things on cyber Monday and then you don't even stand in line forever. I left and 7 this morning and was gone til about 1:30 or so. It is always more than just shopping. It is a family (girls) thing. It is always more fun when more are with us, but it was still fun with just my mom today. We got so much Christmas shopping done. I think I only have like 3-4 more gifts left to get. I got some pretty good deals. But, my mom got the best deal of the day - I will have to report on it after Christmas because it was for Jared and I was so mad that I didn't get the deal!! Oh well...Hope you all had a wonderful Black Friday too!!
