New Garden wall

So, while the kids and I were off at the festival, Jared was building a block wall. This is the other side of our yard. Wht you see in the first picture is the back back wall. Just to the right of the picture is a taller, smaller planter like the one you can see in the corner. Jared has been working hard over the last couple of weeks to get this area ready to build the wall. We used to have a small brick wall along this area, but it was really close to the back wall and wasn't really good for gardening. Well, shortyly after we moved in, I started taking a hammer to it and knocking the bricks out. I always hated that wall because it was useless. Well, Jared had to rent a jack hammer a couple of times to get the remainder of the bricks and cement out. I will have to take a picture of the rubble we have on the side of our house to show how much there was. It was a hard task. So, Jared asked Matt Wharton in our ward who does landscaping to teach him how to build a wall. It turns out that he brought one of his workers with him and he ended up doing most of the work. It is not an easy job. He did a FABULOUS job! Thanks Matt!! Sabrina liked to watch what was going on!
